I'm peed off with everything! What's the point in everything? I quit my meds! I don't need help in am well I am not mentally ill. Granted my head was shouting at me calling me a loser and a moron but that's my true form! My meds are keeping me from showing my true self. I don't need them and I don't need the mental health team. F everything!

I have been through the same thing many times and will more than likely go through it many more times. While it may seem like a good idea, in the long run it is not. I have lost many things because of feeling this way. I would be more than happy to chat with you about this.

Thank G*d I've never gotten all the way to giving up...something tells me to hold on...and I do and it passes. Especially, I would never give up my meds...I have a good reason to know what it's like without meds...that's when I came closest to giving up. Never again...!

It's not good to quit the meds. I tried adjusting mine awhile back and ended up in the hospital. If you were diabetic you wouldn't toss out your insulin. I hope you can talk to your treatment team. Meds don't change our personality or who we are, they help us stay safe (once you find the right ones).
