Well so much for feeling a little better. Today is already off to a bad start. I really don't know how much longer I can live like this. I feel so miserably stuck here. Heck I can't even go outside without wishing a bear would jump out of the woods and eat me. So many thoughts like that so that maybe I don't have to feel anymore. I feel like he just picks his stupid job over us and our family. Doesn't matter how I feel. Maybe he'll realize it when it's too late.

Medicine: 40mg Latuda, 35mg HydroXYZ
Past Meds: 20mg Latuda, 150mg Seroquel XR, 50mg Topiramate (Trokendi XR), 25mg Vraylar, 25mg buspirone
