I'm finally sleeping better. Still have daytime tiredness but better than I was.

I see pdoc and t on Thursday. Busy day. I e been really busy lately and I was overwhelmed but I'm doing ok right now. Now THIS week could be different...
Work is gonna be a bit stressful as I'm pretty much learning on the job. I've got to figure a lot out on my own lol

I'm seeing my t weekly this month because of everything going on I figured the extra support couldn't hurt. He asked if I had a coping skills tool box which I do and he suggested I make a "travel" one as I am away from
Home very often dog sitting and such. So I did that tonight as he said "I really wish you would" which is his way of saying he wants me to lol

Hopefully things will keep going well
