10/01/13 Client reports she had a wish to not wake up yesterday, but that she usually doesn't feel like dying or harming herself. She explained her current thoughts as "the angels told me that I know everything now and I can bring my cat with me. I don't feel scared or alarmed. I'm fine. But I realize that I could get hurt."
From my medical record. I have no recollection of saying this!

I’ve had ECT three times so there’s tons of **** I said that I don’t remember. I wouldn’t worry about it. Everyone says things and doesn’t necessarily remember.

I’m very sorry you cannot remember something so serious. I recently lost a few weeks.....I thought I had been out of it for a few days tops but husband and friend said it had been weeks......no idea how that’s possible to lose so much time but I can’t get it back and it was so awful as far as what I remember that I’m kinda grateful not to have a moment by moment recollection.

Happened to me a few weeks ago. I had no recollection, but guess I wrote a note to the police in my hand writing claiming all sorts of stuff. I read it and was like woah. The mind is a scary place sometimes
