Sigh. Things are actually quite good in my life yet the weight of irritability is looming again. Is this a sign of hypomania,? Worse to come? The thought of instability at this time of my life is rather frightening.

Irritability and anger are parts of my hypomania. My pDoc said a lot of men she sees present this way. If you have any coping skills you learned start them when you begin to feel it coming on. It works a little for me.
