I feel like bugs are crawling on me. Is that a hallucination or do I just need a shower?

Take a warm shower. Remind yourself it's not real. Make sure you listen to the water. Feeling the water hit your skin. Smell the shampoo and soap. When you get out put lotion on if you have it. put comfy pajamas on then curl up in bed with a good book or movie.

Cool shower and put lotion on. Sounds like the dry winter air is affecting your skin.

I've read that a type of hallucination can be something you feel just as you may see or hear things that aren't real. Is psychotic symptoms something you've experienced before? If not, have you had anything mind altering? Sometimes these can cause similar symptoms. If this is something that is new and has no external cause, a psychiatrist visit is warranted. If it is something that has happened before you may want to give a call to your providers and they usually will tweak your meds or request a visit.
