Anyone else get paranoid that their drinks or food will be spiked with poison? Sometimes even if I look away from my food for a moment I worry if I should eat it or not, in case it was poisoned. I've been forcing myself to push through and eat the food anyway, but it does a number on my anxiety levels.

I've had food poisoning before, not the spy movie kind but the under cooked, spoiled, outdated, etc. type. I absolutely will not eat food at a potluck type setting. No baked goods from neighbor, coworker, etc. No drinking out of glasses away from home. Give me a bottle of water and I will check the ring to see if it's been opened, and I will squeeze the bottle to see if there is a pinhole in it. I never complain at a restaurant, and always order sandwiches plain so I can inspect the individual pieces for contaminants.

Nah. I'll eat anything. I've never seen a pigeon die from eating food on the ground, so no big deal.
