If 25 doesn’t do it, try 50. If that doesn’t do it, try 100. With your doctor’s go-ahead, of course. My doc allows me to go between 25-75 as needed.
These days however, I’m hardly taking it anymore. __________________ Meds: Latuda, Lamictal XR, Vyvanse, Seroquel, Klonopin Supplements: Monster Energy replacement. Also DLPA, tyrosine, glutamine, and tryptophan |

When I was on Seroquel they had me on 800mg... I was either Sleeping or Eating and was a very angry person while doing so.

Well, when I'm well 100 mg is my normal dose. Currently, I'm at 200 and doctor wants me to take 300 tonight because I got like 4 hours of sleep last night along with some other more serious symptoms. My previous doctor (she retired) said she's seen as high as 600 but the max dose is 800, I assume for pretty high severity.
But I'd like to note that it hits me really hard usually. My first dose was half of a 25mg tablet and I was out within 30 minutes, I even tried to stay awake but my husband said I was slurring my words. Over time you get accustomed to it and it becomes therapeutic but it can be a little wild at first. Just be aware that a little increase might dramatically make a difference. |

I'm currently on 500 mg Seroquel XR, but that is not just for sleep, it's for moodstabilization. I was on 600 mg about 2 weeks ago. It goes up and down depending on my mood state. I'm also on Tegretol XR and Lamictal.
Sometimes when I'm getting manic my pdoc adds extra Seroquel to the morning, too. |

I was on 600 mg, but reduced it to 400 mg, since anything higher than that gives me bad side effects. I was getting involuntary twitching, feeling light headed, blood pressure would drop, even problems driving in the morning. It is better on the lower dose for me now.

25 mg, but what helps is taking it 2-3 hours after gabapentin, which is very relaxing, but I’m the type that gets a buzz from gabapentin.

I take 50 mg at night. Sometimes that doesn't work but I drink a lot of coffee.
