Hey guys,

As some of you know, I'm finally moving into my own place mid February. I've been living with my parents this entire time, and now I'm ready to move out.

How do I create a safe environment for myself where I won't harm myself or do anything risky? (FYI, I am not a danger to myself right now. I'm just thinking ahead.)

I've got a 1BR apartment all for myself and it comes with a den. So I guess it's the equivalent of a 2BR apartment, but with only 1 bathroom. It's 874 sq ft total for the apartment. I *could* make the den into a safe, stress-free space... somehow. Ideas?

Edit: floorplan--

When I had a den, I put in a futon, my computer, pictures of stuff I liked. I would've added a scent diffuser but there were other things going on. I had a bookcase of inspirational books, but now that is on my iPad.

That's a pretty nice setup, by the way.
