It's the worst to wake up in the night so filled with anxiety I can't breathe and half asleep. I did again last night and did breathing exercises over and over to calm down but it lasted forever! Here I am up for work and still feeling it. I'm sick of it! I keep telling myself I can do this but it's not getting easier.
My t is worried about my work stress.

Sorry that sucks .. Try to remember this is a new job after not working for a while and its going to be stressful.. Listen to Matt and self soothe and see how things go.
"maybe" this wil be too much, right now but I would fight like hell ! This is the job you have been wanting for a long time now. ((( hugs)))))

She told me
In doing a very good job and that she brags on me all the time. She also said she is available to come and help me if I let her know a day and time I could use her. She's a really nice boss. Truly. I just wish this anxiety would Go away!
