Am happy but i want to si my wrists
WTF ??? FEEL PUZZLED feel like i need the pain i feel like i should punish myself for being happy dont want to sleep dont want to dream just want to sit here all night and drink coffee and post here

I get this way a lot. It's the wrong affect and it's the most dangerous mood for me. It's a mixed episode. Please stay safe. If you can't go to the ER.
