Hello everyone,

I came across this list and wanted to share it with you all. I use coping skills daily so I’m always looking to try new ones.

Best wishes

Thanks for the list!
At the moment all I can seem to handle are doing unhealthy coping mechanisms, but I will take a look at this list more closely when I'm in a better frame of mind.

That's a cool list.

I like #31. Cleaning distracts me from everything, and it makes me feel better after I do it.

#90 is great too. It's a good reminder why you're not a failure when you're depressed.

My therapist gave me a similar list. Sometimes its nice to have something physical to give you ideas when you aren't feeling well. Thanks for sharing.
