I see my therapist today. I'm happy to process everything thank God but worried to admit about the self harm. I know he won't be happy with me. It's not something I like to admit.

i had emailed the other day when I was upset and he said he hopes I'm safe and please follow our safety plan which I have. I used a crisis line one night and distraction skills. I'm wondering if I should expect a lecture today.

Either way it won't be a Fun session.

Can you talk about what you anticipate, i.e. the lecture and his unhappiness, with your T?

It went ok. No lectures. He thinks this is a mixed episode. I see my
Pdoc here in about 30 minutes and my t had me make a list of things to discuss with him.

I hadn't considered a mixed episodes bc I haven t had one in a long time but it does feel familiar.
