My case manager has been helping me get sane again, and I'm grateful for her expertise really. I'm wondering about an adult mental health worker? I plan to move out on my own soon, possibly with my boyfriend. But wonder what they actually do? I know her advice is good I should listen I just hesitate a bit because it requires me to get a more expensive insurance and I'm really trying to catch up on bills, a stressor for me.
