Decided I'm going to stop feeling sorry for myself. It's just not worth it. I think it was mostly the prednisone affecting my mood. I saw the dr yesterday about all the allergic reactions and everything and their sending me back to the allergist. I had another allergic reaction last night after I ate some pizza so I'm pretty sure I'm allergic to whatever is in bacon. I also had a smoothie from a juice shop with strawberries, spinach, and protein powder and got a massive headache. I think it was from whatever fake sugar was in the protein powder.
 Other pork doesn't bother me so not sure why bacon does. I finally got a good nights sleep. Things are looking up for my husband and he's got 2 interviews this week. One for a job in CO and another for a job in NY. I keep telling him to look for a job somewhere warm. He did apply for a job in FL, but hasn't heard anything back yet. Also hopefully we'll get some money from his grandma in the next week or so, she usually gives us a large chunk of cash at the beginning of the year. Things aren't all that bad, it could be worse. Going to get back on my schedule starting today. Maybe if I'm around people I'll feel better. Been cooped up in the house too long and not doing much. I've also lost 11 lbs since October, so the weight loss is going well. I just need to stop drinking sweet tea. lol. Anyway, here's to the new year.

Hmm... I know there are different types of bacon, like applewood smoked etc.. So if you're allergic to apples or just applewood in general, for example, then the applewood could do that to you. (Just a thought in case you want to investigate the allergy.) Probably hickory smoked is the most common type.

I got out for 2.5 hrs today. Went to the herbalife club to see my friends and chilled for an hour, then went to fed ex, food lion, and the juice shop. Tomorrow I'm going to my friends for lunch. I'm going to make a big salad and a pork loin. She said i didn't need to make anything but I wanted to be like "i finally feel better, please let me make you lunch" lol. I'm glad I feel better.

Yay!
 Things sound upbeat, except for the allergy issue. Hopefully, you'll get that sorted. Congrats on the weight loss! Good for you for getting out socially! Maybe hubby will surprise you with a job in Aruba? Lol Keep up the job of taking care of you!  WC
