In my opinion, you can't help someone who doesn't want help. They have to want the help so that they are willing to stick to the treatment plan that their doctors give them. Otherwise, it's a waste of time and money, honestly.

I can't say if her behavior is due to bipolar or not because anything can cause that sort of behavior, really, but I do agree it'd be worth her time to seek help to make sure she's ok.
