Hey am VIPER am one of the alters that astral
or we are astral astral is more of a group name Kinda manic ....want to smoke dope unsure where i can get some first time out in a long time seems a very long time alex says we dont smoke dope we are trying to stay clean alex says he is in recovery so dope talk is a no no **** I see **** seeing **** right now see gore parts of bodies etc blood and **** too much **** to look at alex's husband says its not there just us seeing things one of the littles sees Cheshire cat its there friend they like cats we have two but this one has powers its always there the bodies dont want to see **** like this would take **** to stop it anything to get it to go away

just took some medication that Alex's husband gave me its our night medication
unsure if it will do anything much here's hoping unsure how long i'll be out the body feels painful the body has chronic illness

cant deal , hear screaming and people shouting , unsure how long it takes the medication to work ****ing in tears ...its sick am sick because am seeing this ****
Alex is trying not to self injure and stay clean i want to use something to take this **** away get me feeling better something to help me all the husband says is go to bed am not going to be able to sleep with this ****

Alex says there is a mental hospital down the road from us took extra medication Alex says its PRN'S , the husband says give them sometimes they could help ,Alex needs to phone them if things get worse or go down there, husband says to wait see if the medication work first

If what you or your group of people in your head are accurate, you need to be evaluated at the hospital. Your husband force-feeding you meds isn’t a solution.
Unless you’re not med compliant. Then it’s a whole different ballgame.

not so good both me Alex and VIPER see the dead bodies we are taking our medication and been trying to get a dr appointment but cant see anyone until the 25th i would go to the ER but there is so many drunk folk there i find it too stressful been taking my med as normal and extra PRNS called the crisis team they told me to try and contact my psych cant get an appointment till march and she is unlikly any free appointments

he says i have to try and ignore it and there not real
he been try to help us calm down he is my carer and says i must be seeing all this because am stressed the dr i see on the 25th is my dr who knows us really well i want an appointment with her but she is hard to get an appointment with the last time i saw an emergency dr he told me i didnt need my meds and that my mental health was made up
