I decided to look up and see if any of the libraries in town or rec centers had stuff to do and I found so much stuff. It'll keep me busy while my husband is away. I found ceramics classes, yoga classes, sittercize, bath bomb classes, guitar lessons, even a cookbook club. Best part, it's all free. I'm so excited. Gonna cancel my gym membership, will save us $20 a month. Yaaaaay.

That's really cool. Which club(s) are you going to do?

I've always wanted to do tennis or running clubs, but none of those clubs around here start until April/May ish because of the snow we get. Sucks. But you reminded me that there are more clubs than just exercise clubs. I'd love to do a guitar one. I haven't used the guitar I bought when manic.

I'm gonna try a bunch of them out. Especially excited about the ceramics one. IDK if i'll do the cookbook club cause the more I think about it, with food allergies it might be dicey. I asked someone what kind of guitar to buy so they told me all the stuff to buy, so will do that when i get some money. Gonna def do the sittercize though. I really need to exercise.

So you will quit the gym to save $20 then buy a guitar you might never touch? I say, stick to the gym, guitar is hard to learn

If you lived nearby, I'd lend you a guitar!

Seriously though I want to learn a new instrument. Something cooler than flute, piccolo, oboe, or xylophone. lmao. I can't play flute like jethro tull so it's useless haha. My husband has been pushing me towards guitar, I think he wants me to sing him songs. Might be the fact that he misses his friend that died that played guitar, I'm not sure. It sounds fun. I tried learning bass guitar for a while way back in HS but was depressed at the time so it didn't go well. I really liked it though. I'd do bass guitar again but I have issues with my hands and I remember how hard bass was. I was told nylon strings for the guitar would help. I'm hoping learning a new instrument will help with my brain too that won't work. Don't rain on my parade man. I finally want to do things with my life. :P
