I feel better. Talked to my t. She said she was anxious too. She's been spending the week at her parents house. She was like join the club, so I said we needed badges. lol. Was a short convo but just telling her for some reason helps me. She sent me a link for a binural beats app I should try, or find one I like. Things will be ok. It's not like my husband hasn't been gone before, it's just an extended time this time. My goal is to go up in April for our anniversary. Everything will be alright. I have plans in place for when he's away.
