Yup! You read right. Top to bottom bathroom and myself. Floor, sink - removed everything and put back a few things- swept and mopped, scrubbed the toilet.... i feel proud of myself! Then, a well-deserved shower.

Excellent! I understand how good that feels. Such grunt work usually makes me build up a sweat, which is also a real incentive to shower.

I got my trash to the dumpster yesterday. It needed to go earlier. But I got it done! WIN.

I had my kitchen and bathroom cleaned. It was free. Now does this count? Seriously, I finally had a shower. I really needed it. I tend to go a good part of the week without showering. Not good at all.

A couple days without a shower is healthier for your skin than every day, unless you are stinky or have something filthy on you like mud or worse. Sweaty skin has to be rinsed, but not scrubbed, and mild amounts of soap do the job. It's really ok to sweat. Sweat doesn't stink. I sweat like crazy at the gym, but because I take a multivitamin with lots of zinc and magnesium I barely smell at all. I do shower after, but I try to not be in the chlorinated water for long. That stuff we pipe into our houses is almost dangerous with all the chemicals they dump in it. Antiperspirant actually hurts your skin. It's ok to sweat. A lot of the lotions and soaps we use do damage too. If I'm now sweaty or stinky, I don't shower that day. I have a lot more acne when I shower daily.

My son was being punished so I had him do chores. First on the list was the bathroom. So I got it done but did not have to do it myself.
