My t says I have paranoia about the recording and promise me he does t under any circumstances record or laugh at people.

He also said paranoia is part of psychosis and maybe this is just me still getting better from my depression at the beginning of the month.

His explanation is rational and makes sense. I really like him.

Do you believe him now or do you still believe those thoughts?
Hopefully the paranoia subsides soon.
Thanks for this!

Still kinda worry but im trying to trust him. He said he'd assure me as many time as I needed. And he promised he doesn't and would never laugh at someone's stuff they talk about.

This seems positive! Very good that you addressed it and I think he's got ya there, with "paranoia."
I think you can learn to trust him. I have so much trouble trusting anyone at this point, but I also don't feel I have anything to hide. Most people run. Maybe I should hide things...

I lie to doctors a lot about my paranoia and other delusions. I’m worried they’re going to lock me up. My last t said I was being silly; so I started lying again. Im glad your t is so rational with you.
