My vit D levels are always low so I take Vit D and a probiotic. I used to take NAC but it didn’t agree with my gut.

I don't take any supplements, except the occasional laxative because my meds constipate me. lol. Don't know if that counts.

They say Magnesium is important in large doses. That's what I take plus high potency crystallized Vit C , also Vit B Complex and Vit D. I don't know if that helps anything though, except my nails grow like 2x as fast.
Thanks for this!

Only a multi-vitamin right now. I used to take several, including a prescription iron supplement, but combined with my prescription meds it became so much to the point of being distressing. I eventually was able to go off the iron because the cause of my iron deficiency was removed. I never felt the others did one lick of good. The fish oil didn't even lower my triglycerides, which is the primary reason I took it. And my triglycerides improved without it. I have actually felt better since cutting all of the supplements out. I would, however take another if a doctor really thought it was necessary medically.

I haven't touched them lately but I usually take fish oil and vitamin D. I also take fibre as Zoloft wrecks my gut.

I take a high dose of magnesium (but for migraine prevention, not BP), B12 (again migraines), Vit. D, super B complex, multi-vitamin and a pro-biotic. know the magnesium, B12 and Vit. D help. No idea on the others.

I take Vit D, NAC, Zinc, Magnesium Glycinate(lowered it cuz 400mg was giving me acid reflux), and Ashwaghanda. I don't even know if they do anything lol but I take it just in case.

Also used to use fish oil but I always felt like it made me more anxious and my heart rate was messed up, anyone experience this? I've "experimented" like 10 times but always felt the same, I hope this isn't placebo. Might try krill oil or flaxseed, but haven't looked into it yet
