99Fairies—I am so sorry to hear this. It has been a rough time for you
You can do low carb and fasting with me. That’s what I do. I go to the moderate side of low carb, and I follow Dr. Jason Fung for fasting. |

Has your pdoc discussed the odds of getting a permanent dystonia (tardive dystonia) if/when you stay on a dystonia-producing med? I would be very concerned about this. (I get dystonia very easily and with an increasing number of meds and, after doing research, I am very concerned about getting tardive dystonia.) Just a heads up, FWIW. Please discuss with your pdoc.
I know what this is like. I am sorry you go through it, too. WC __________________ May we each fully claim the courage to live from our hearts, to allow Love, Faith and Hope to enLighten our paths. |

At my last appointment which was last week I asked pdoc if this could become permanent and he said no and not to worry about that. Hope he's right.

I got a total of 3 hours of sleep last night. The pain was just so bad, it kept me up. If I don't get enough sleep I destabilize. And then end up IP.

I ordered my side effect med online. It's coming from the states. Very expensive. But my Aunt is paying for it. It should be here in 2 weeks. And I'm getting a 3 month supply. Hallelujah!!
And it's totally legal, my pharmacist is the one who suggested it. __________________ Bipolar 1 Last edited by 99fairies; Feb 15, 2018 at 10:35 AM.. |

Did you need a prescription to order it from the U.S. online? __________________ Guiness187055 Moderator Community support team |

I don't think so. If there is a problem, my drug store can always fax the rx.

Lately, it’s been dinner to afternoon snack, skipping breakfast and lunch. So about 19-20 hours.
I have fasted for days at a time, but that was before the meds that make me hungry. |

Can't get the meds without a US RX.
