Ive been on trileptal for less than a month. Two days ago I had just parked the car and went to step up onto the sidewalk when my foot caught the sidewalk and i fell foreward catching myself, my hands and right knee stinging from the cement. Then today I was walking through the livingroom and the next thing I knew I was twisting, falling through the air, in slow motion , catching myself again, landing on my side next to the recliner. My right knee stung even moree. A layer of skin was missing.

Is this the side effect of risk of falling/not being able to keep ones gait of trileptal?

i had concentration difficulties on a much higher dose of trileptal (1200mgs), but really...id do a drug-drug interactions checker on what you're taking, and see if that shows anything relevant.

I hard such a problem walking always on the verge to fall over. No way would I have driven. I had to quit it after a couple weeks

So far sitting isnt a problem just walking or standing.

I was on Trileptal and had neither side-effects nor benefits.
