If you have a therapist, he/she should have a list of pdocs who might be accepting patients (mine does). If not, perhaps you can ask your pdoc, or simply rely on the internet to find other docs in your area.

I’m so sorry to read that you are stilling having a very though time.

You need a doctor you can trust, someone who cares about your feeling and can help you through times like this. Maybe a change in medication is needed and maybe more time with a therapist is needed.

I can’t offer much, but never think that people don’t care. We do care.
I really hope things turn around soon and that you will feel better.

When I need to find a new pdoc, I go to my insurance's website. They have this program where I tell it what kind of doctor I need and my location and it gives me a list of all the doctors within the area that accept my insurance.
If you dont have something like that, ask your therapist, pdoc, or PHP for recommendations. Good luck.

I don’t have a therapist to ask. I don’t trust my current doctor to say anything. I can’t make phone calls because of anxiety. And no one will help me.

I sometimes have phone anxiety and it can be incapacitating.

I care too. It's awful going through med after med, therapy after therapy, and nothing works. I had that issue for a long time, but I still had hope even after 20 years.

I went to the Psychology Today magazine web site and looked up a therapist there. I then sent an email. They'll either call or email back if you tell them. You can specify by what insurance you have, among other things. You might want to let your mom know as well.

I've been looking for 2 hours and I can't find anyone. Everyone is too far away. Or they have horrible reviews and are in the same building as my current one. I don't know what to do.
