I saw the nutritionist today and she said I could have sandwiches and baked potatoes. It's exciting. I do have to give up sweet tea though and use stevia *hurls a little* the taste of stevia is so off putting to me and bitter. Can't use splenda. I can have natural PB too. I do looooove PB and can eat it by the spoonful. I have to change to a diff mayo, no more dukes. She also said I can try doing salads again and it was probably the onion ****ing with me. Man I love onion. She said garlic might be causing issues too. She suggested a low fod map diet and it sounds super lame. Another thing she suggested was to get plain yogurt made with almond milk and getting some of those fruit and veg squirt container thingies you give kids to put in it. The appointment took an hour and I found out some interesting things.

I'm beat. I did way too much today between running errands, going to the appointment, and chores. Tomorrow I'm going to go volunteer though, so I hope I sleep well tonight. ONE DAY I will get to chill again. Maybe saturday. lol. I should really go through my clothes one day this week though and see what fits and what doesn't. It's weird to feel motivated to do things. Was depressed there for a while and not doing jack ****.

ughhh had a sandwich last night with gluten free bread last night. not sure if that was a good idea judging by this morning. lol.
