Saw my psychologist today. We discussed my recent mood shifts. Saturday I dropped from my high to crying myself to sleep and a mind full of self-destructive thoughts. Also mentioned I've been having nightmares still
About my abusive stepmonster. She's evil.

He's said for a while that when I'm stable for a good chunk
Of time then we will start EMDR. I'm nervous about it but excited
Too. Today he said he's been thinking on it and he wants to start soon. That it is on the horizon to happen and to be practicing my DBT skills to be ready for us to
Start. It'll be a big change. But he also said he thinks my PTSD is really running the show right now and he wants to help me.
