Sunday night, I couldn't sleep even after taking sleep meds. I got maybe 3 hours of sleep. I planned meals for the week and went grocery shopping. I cleaned the master bathroom, which was a mess and that evening went to a local book club at my library (I tend to skip it when I'm depressed, even if I've read the book).
Last night, I couldn't fall asleep again with sleep meds. I finally got about 3 hours of sleep. Then, I got up, wrote practically a missive to a friend on FB messenger. I took a 20 minute walk even though it was still dark outside. And now I'm up and thinking about arranging playdates. It is not dangerously hypo for me yet, except for the lack of sleep part. I am between pdocs (old pdoc retiring), but I have an appointment with the new pdoc on Thursday morning. It usually takes awhile for the hypo to go full-blown mania on me, so I should be OK until then. I am going to try to sleep after I take my daughter to school this morning and hopefully I can get a few more hours. It feels like the start of hypomania, especially as it is a 180 from my feelings lately, which had been leaning toward depression. |

I got about 5 hours of sleep last night. Maybe starting to come down a bit from the hypo especially as I had a major crying meltdown earlier today as you can read in one of my posts from today. At least, I see the pdoc again on Wednesday.
