Thanks to Vaporean for the heads up. I was just talking with her and we touched on Bipolar Disorder and the effect that it has on us.
Also, we need to remember Schizoaffective Disorder which contains symptoms very much like Bipolar Disorder.

For those here suffering with the bane of Bipolar Disorder and other similar conditions, lets try to be extra supportive of one another today.
If someone wants to talk about it then, take the time to read their post and respond with kind words or just chat with them.
Also, express your own feelings and whatever you're dealing with in relation to this condition.

I'm just asking that we set some things aside today and just be there for each other.
Thank you for reading this post and have a good day and if you can't for whatever reason and are feeling down then, feel free to express yourself here.
Hugs from:
Wild Coyote
Thanks for this!

I never know when world bipolar day is. Thanks for reminding me!

This year is weird for sure. World bipolar day on good Friday and Easter on April fools. Unless world bipolar day is normally on good Friday?

I shared a post 3 years ago announcing and ending in my head the stigma I was up against via Facebook. I got a hundrerd likes, pms and posts regarding it. It made me feel like it was the right decision.... to put it out there on social media. I'm not ashamed of it anymore. My head at times makes me stigmatize myself against bipolar. Everyone was so supportive and it really made me thankful for being brave enough. It took me 5 years to open up to people who knew me through school etc that I had a mental health condition. I like to think that I'm breaking down barriers others put in my way.... but I struggle to break my own barriers I put in front of me!

Nice to see that enough people care about bipolar that there is a world biplor day. It's a murderous illness to struggle with.
