I went down to 150 mg on Thursday. I’d been taking 300 mg for 10 years. Yesterday I felt so incredibly tired. I had worked overtime on Friday because someone called out. I’m premenstrual.
I googled lamictal withdrawal and the info I found... https://patient.info/forums/discuss/...s-511035<br /> that’s just one link

I woke up from a dream about books that were at the library when I was a child.

I finished listening to The 100 yesterday and it was really hard to stomach the young adult romance. Not only am I divorced, post divorce I also broke off a pseudo engagement to an unstable and dishonest man.

I’m not able to see my therapist for another three weeks as she cancelled last Saturday and I have church next Saturday.

This is hard.

Sorry you're having troubles. I went cold from 400 mg lamictal, but was already taking another anti seizure mood stabilizer. I suppose I was very lucky how I stopped it

It is hard. Yet you seem to be very determined and very strong. I admire your strength and your determination.

Thank you, I was very tempted yesterday to give up but I’m not a quitter. I am on no other medication.

There’s been a few people on this board who have gone med free over the years and they e all said you just have to ride it out. You’re doing well by tapering. The withdrawal will lessen in time, I’m sure you know that. Good luck!!! I know you can do it!

Thank you . This is my first time withdrawing from a drug so I have no prior knowledge only what I’ve read. I did start supplementing with amino acids a couple of weeks ago which I just read about last night as it pertains to lamictal so I know I’m on the right track.
