Has anyone ever felt weakness with Latuda (for bipolar depression)?
Not exactly fatigue. More like difficulty performing regular tasks, walking, etc... Sometimes it feels muscle weakness. |

I was on Latuda for a year and it really helped to lift my depression. Unfortunately, it gave me a strong hand tremor and yes, a feeling of fatigue that could be described as "weakness". But then, most psych meds cause me to feel that odd fatigue and muscle weakness.

Well there's a result of atypical depression (the one where you eat and sleep too much) called leaden paralysis. I don't know about muscle weakness exactly, but it feels like you're trudging through quicksand and it seems like torture to actually walk anywhere. I get that, but it's not related to the Latuda I take.

It's always good to check in about muscular symptoms. ![]() WC
