Took AM and afternoon meds. Starting to remember my vitamins now, but it's still a conscious effort.

Maybe put them right in the pillbox with your others? That's what I have to do or I'd never remember... They do tend to be big, but fortunately they fit.

Remembered am meds. Almost forgot last night's. Only remembered after laying there awhile to fall asleep.

Ugh! I hate when this happens. I forgot to take my medications at my usual 7 pm hour. Of course time passes and I finally remember... when I realize I'm not tired at all. Then it is so late and the sleep-inducing aspects don't kick in for at least three hours. So it's heading towards 1 am. I'm supposed to get up at 6 am.

You could set a reoccurring alarm on your cell phone for 7 PM.

Thanks, Cocosurving! I should indeed add another back up reminder of some sort. I am suffering this morning with a headache and the Seroquel XR "hangover" that I usually don't get when I take it as scheduled. It's odd, though. Last week I did the exact same thing, but woke up at 6 am bright-eyed and bushy tailed feeling great. I guess I was just in a different place last week than I am now.

Have a nice day!
Thanks for this!

I took my evening meds early yesterday and got a great night's sleep. There was heavy rain and thunder storms. That makes me sleep extra well. I took my morning meds this morning, but found that I had missed them yesterday morning. That is so unlike me. I probably forgot them yesterday morning because I felt so sick since I took the evening meds too late the night before. I was ill all day yesterday. It goes to show how important it is to take medications religiously and at the right times.

I feel so much better today!

Took AM and afternoon meds. I probably will make a snack and take my vitamins as I don't know when my husband will be up from his nap.
