I woke up at 1030 and it’s now 444. Took me 6 hours to do one sink of dishes. Got two more sinkfull to go. Still have to do laundry, put away la7ndry clean room, build cat tree clean living room.

Took me 6 hours to get 15 I’m utes worth of cleaning so far. Need to push but can’t.

I understand how that goes. My way is to not do anything beyond what I want the whole day and then try to squeeze all of the housework into 1.5 hours at the end of the day. Do you put music on while you're working? That sometimes helps keep the pace faster than otherwise and makes things seem less intimidating.

Ok making some progress. Guess putting what I get done here helps. Laundry is washing, first load of dishes and cat bowls cleaned, second sink full of dishes soaking and putting laundry away now then building cat tree that I’ve been saying is build for a little over a m9mth.

Someone on here gave some great advice once. Work for 10 minutes then take a break repeat and rinse. I work for 30 minutes then take a 10 minute break. It helps me get stuff done when I don't want too.

Ya been kinda doing that. Logging it here. Sink cleaned. Cats fed sorta. Very finicky with food, now build their tree

Great job on building the cat tree. I’ve always had to buy one ready made.

Why are you on so much gabapentin?
That would put me to sleep every single day.
I have never seen so much gabapentin with MDD. Any chance your pdoc will let you try cutting back on it?

Anxiety. Actually started working on lowering it. I’m at 1500 now. I did have an appointment with this new pdoc that I first saw 8n January. March would of been my second appointment and probably would of cut more but there was a snow storm and my appointment was canceled. I never called back till week later and first they had availiwas end of May. So probably would of been cut to 1200.

Oh and it is 3 x a day. 600 in morning, 300 midday and 600 evening.

Just concerned it might be adding to sleepiness/exhaustion types of symptoms.

Got haircut, foot measurements for orthotics, lunch with a friend and a work meeting. Still have to clean living room. Tanking though since sleep is still f up and woke up at 230 am.

sounds like u got the goals done and your cats are happy!

I went to list system when I got sober last year and it really has helped keep me on track. I make sure everything is doable but push myself to make sure I knock it off daily and if I slack I make myself do more the next day.
