I'm non-compliant with my meds again.

I think what would help me is using a pill box organizer. I do have one... or shall I say I did have one. However, I lost it during the move back in February. Haven't found it since.

What kind of pill box organizer would you suggest?

There are some with 7 compartments:
https://www.amazon.com/Fecedy-Waterp.../dp/B01568HFOE

However, they're obviously meant for taking your pills out of their bottles and separating them by type, not for organizing your pills by day.

and then there are these:
https://www.amazon.com/Jesus-Pill-Bo...dp/B001HURLA4/

I really don't need an AM/PM pill box. I just want all my PM meds in a pill box, or to organize my pills by type.

You'll have to figure out what works best for you. I have and use the classic weekly AM/PM box, but the printed on labels usually wear off. So, I put clear packing tape over the labels when I bought the latest one.

I have one similar to 21sab, only it is 4 by 7, not 2 by 7. 4 by 7 gives you 28 slots, organized by week, like a calendar, right? I just fill it up with all my meds for the month, day by day. I only take pm meds.

It makes it easier to see when i need to call in for a refill. I put a little slip of paper with that meds name in the slot on the day it runs out, and a reminder on my calendar a week before to call it in.

I take meds twice per day day and have a morning Monday through Sunday box and an evening Monday through Sunday box, basically the same thing as what 2ISAB showed. I fill both once per week on the same day.

What makes me remember my meds is a ritual and having them in sight at those times. For example, both pill boxes are stored on my dining room table in a larger beautifully painted box. I eat at that table every morning and evening. I know to take my pills with those meals. Hubby is also there to remind me, but that is rarely necessary. I almost never forget my medications. Or on the rare occasions I forget my evening meds at dinner I surely remember them by 10 or 11 pm because I'll notice that I'm not tired AT ALL.

I have 3 boxes and organize them by pill time. I have morning, afternoon, and evening pills, so it's a lot.

I have two weekly boxes. The larger one is for morning when I also include vitamins and other supplements. That goes on the table where I can see it in the mornings. My night meds go in the other one and that sits next to my bedside so I take them before I lay down.

I try to use a pill organizer when I remember to fill it. I have the 7 day am/pm box. It’s in a pretty case that looks like a make up bag or something. I definitely use it when I travel so I know how many days I need and whether or not I need refills before I leave town.

I have an am and a pm weekly box. I never used to use a pill box but back in November I was considered too unsafe to hold all my meds so I had to take out a week’s worth at a time and give the rest to my mom. I ended up finding it easier to remember to take my meds that way so I kept it that way even after I was safe enough to hold meds again. It’s very helpful and I can also see if I’ve forgotten. But I rarely forget now.

I checked out the Jesus pill box, and further down the page in the "Frequently bought together" was a "Meds of Madness" pill box. Too funny.

edit: When I clicked on it, I could see it actually says "Meds or Madness".

I take meds 2xday they are in separate bottles but all lined up on shelves next to my tooth brush. so the visual reminder is easy to remember because I brush My teeth 2xday. see signature for list of meds/supplements.
when I go on vacation I use a pill box like the one shown, just 2 of them for 2 weeks. The boxes are not big enough to fit all of my supplements so I have to pare down what I take.

I have a 7 days x 4 times case. I haven't used it lately because I'm used to taking pills by habit (most of the time).

Very similar to mine. I was fortunate enough to not need so much medicines after losing weight, and other lifestyle changes that I have the smaller variant

I have a yellow 7 day for morning meds and a blue 7 day for night. I picked mine up at the dollar tree. I have tried others but some dont hold the bigger pills as well. I fill them on Sunday nights.
I need them, or I would forget.

I do but I somehow lost "Sunday" because I would take it with me when I hike. I came home one day and discovered that Sunday was gone. Now I organize my pills in a six day cycle but somehow, I can't handle the logic. You'd think that I'd be able to simply use a six pill repository, but it gets confusing after a few weeks when I'm looking for "Tuesday" and I need to open "Friday". Maybe I should just cough up the $12 for a new one at Rite-Aid but the pill organizer I have isn't broken! It's just missing Sunday. What to do........

I use a Webster blister pack. It’s organised by day.
It is 7 days/wk and can fit up to x4 times/day. This works for me as I need to take my meds four times a day.
It is packed by my pharmacist. With the exception of some prn Valium and Seroquel IR I have no meds at home.
