Today hasn’t been so great. I was blasted long ago for “always thinking of others” (not by anyone here) but today I’m so “selfish” I wish I could disappear in a puff of smoke. Today is not a good day in fact .... sorry for wasting this space
 I really wouldn’t mind dying

 FuzzyYou say selfish like it’s bad thing  in your case I don’t think you are selfish enough. You are not a waste of space. Please try to something nice for yourself today

What is something you like to do that you haven't done in a while? Try doing that. That could make you feel a lot better. |

How can you be "punished" for caring about others one time, and caring for yourself the next? It's like Catch-22, isn't it?
That's ridiculous. You deserve love, from yourself and others. And you are NOT a horrible person.

 “No (I bleeped it out)” -  - one (of many..) wrong “observations” from a “professional”  Scratch head. I feel completely indifferent to that garbage.. maybe if they had tried enough times they MIGHT have got something right... sorry I’m feeling cynical today and my “censor” isn’t working well  I like the primal scream thread here.. maybe this might help me GGGGrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr,  ****************......
