I’ve found out why I’m low level flying.
I use a blister pack for meds and rarely make mistakes. But have just noticed that I forgot to take my 8pm meds yesterday (Depakote and Seroquel) as well as this mornings psych meds (Lithium and Seroquel).
That’s one of a hell of a mistake to make.
