Does any1 use any apps to track moods or help with routines, online journals, or ANY resource from your phone/computer that makes managing and self help easier and/or more convenient?

Yeah. I recently started using Daylio on my phone. You can set an alarm on it to remind you to put in an entry for the day. Well, the "alarm" is basically a notification sound and a vibration, so it sounds like you've got a text message.

‘Stigma’ - strange name but exactly what you’ve requested.

I use MoodTracker.com, a free, secure web site. It allows the user to track Core Mood, Mixed Mood, Sleep Hours, Anxiety, Irritability, and Med Compliance. It's a private-access model, but it allows you to set up subscriptions for your support system, i.e.: pdoc, T, SO, etc.

I nearly forgot (because I never use it) there is also a page for journaling. It also allows the printing of charts to make it easier to share with docs or therapists. I highly recommend it as it's always as close as the computer. I have not tried it with a mobile device, though.

I used to use one developed for veterans called T2 Mood Tracker. I haven't used one recently since I've been pretty stable.

I use to use a daily mood app, but I felt I was more prone to use it when I was feeling negative. I like old school pencil and paper
Thanks for this!

I’ve tried those mood trackers but since I tend to rapid cycle it didn’t work for me. I don’t have 1 mood per day....I have maybe 5 or 10. I’m also extremely paranoid about doing any kind of journaling online

I use eMoods on my phone. I like how it covers everything that needs to be covered, but is simple to use. You can rate your elevation/depression/anxiety/irritability on a scale from none to severe, chart your sleep, note if you're having any psychosis, and check off if you took your meds that day and any PRNs you had to take.

Thank-you for sharing that. I just installed it. I was getting tired of Dailo
