So I’ve been rapidly cycling for a few weeks.
Then out of the blue, I was particularly off.
Wore a floor length gown with a tiara, flirted with the lady who runs the laundromat (and I’m not that way inclined), etc.
I discovered that I had forgotten to take my meds for an entire 24hrs. 24hrs of no lithium, no Epilim, no Seroquel.
No wonder I was off. I was hoping to have my prn’s scaled back this week, but no chance now.

Ok. You messed up. Things happen. Don't be too hard on yourself. PRN means as you need it. That's up to you to scale back if you don't need it.
Thanks for this!

Well I guess a floor length gown and a tiara is better than wearing a trash bag. Seriously, we all have our moments or days. Glad you noticed that you skipped Meds. get back on the wagon, hold your head up high and keep on truckin!

Today is a new day, its okay to forget your meds, I think everyone here has numerous times I know I have.

I should go find my story I wrote in one of the threads about the time I accosted my cardiologist. Oh my God that was embarrassing. And funny.

I’m sorry about the embarrassment—geez with one missed dose, ugh!!! That is easy to do
