Ugh! I have finally listened to my pdoc and temporarily upped my Seroquel dosage from 300 mg/night to 450 mg/night. Not that I like that as it makes me tired (well, maybe, it could be fibro meds making me tired too). I am sleeping more like 6 hours a night but am still wanting to overspend and have done a lot of things today - walked 4 miles (need to not be walking so as to gain weight, but old eating disorder voices don't like this, physically though, I weigh enough I'm not in danger healthwise), took strongest cat to the vet (had to wrestle her down) for annual and vaccines, went grocery shopping, went to a 2nd store when first was out of the brand of ice cream my daughter likes. Picked up meds. Did a ton of vacuuming then a lot of cleanup after accidentally knocking over a toy storage area of my daughter's filled with bins of loose toys. Tried to lie down and sleep...couldn't. Tried to read, couldn't concentrate. Argh! I guess it will take time, or I might actually have to go see the pdoc sooner than 2.5 or 3 weeks, forget when I've got the appointment. I really wish I could concentrate better. My 10-year old daughter was trying to read me a short story she wrote yesterday evening, and I couldn't pay any attention to it at all, all I could think about was I needed to fold laundry and get the dishes done and the clothes folded before getting her to bed. Sigh. Now I'm fighting the urge to not go to Amazon and browse around, which inevitably leads to spending money I don't have. So frustrating!

This sounds frustrating!
Could you call your pdoc and see if you can be seen sooner? Or if you have a T then see them?

I don't have a T right now, but maybe I will give the pdoc a call today.
