I'm tired all day, but can't sleep at night, and I don't nap. I can't eat without getting major stomach pain. I'm always struggling with anxiety. It just makes me feel sick and tired and stressed out all the time.

Try and back track about a week to see if you're doing something out of the ordinary.

Also stay away from stimulants until you get a check up asap

Our bodies need nutrition to create any positive "brain chemistry".

Maybe you just need an ant farm sandwich. Hope you feel better soon

I do not eat very much and definitely need more nutrition. Do you think that's my problem?

I don’t know 99Fairies. I’m so sorry you’re suffering. Are you able to lie down and rest anyway?

When I get like this, I make myself stay in bed till 5am and then I can make coffee and start my day.

Good—I find it helps to stay in bed anyway when I can’t sleep. Some rest that way is something.

I hope you can figure it out with the doctors. I know you’ve had difficulties with the meds

Not knowing what's wrong is a stress factor and you mentioned that you're not taking naps. From my experience it's always been me trying to push myself to the limit, ignoring the simplicity of maintaining a "suitable" diet.

As I write this it's only 5pm and I'm in the exact opposite of what you are experiencing today. In my case, I'm to hypo to even talk with my family. I'm saying everything that's on my mind, but I know why...I consumed 2 redbulls. I hope my point comes through clear that a doctors visit would be great as long as you're not a prescription addict seeking drugs.

Breakfast cereals are antidepressants and increase your fibre.. but you know that anyways What's wrong with me?

The only doc visit since my diagnosis was a big ****. He saw on my file that said bipolar and he said he wouldn't prescribe me anything without talking to my Pdoc. Totally useless. And if you have pain they automatically think you are a drug seeker, which I am not. GP's can kiss my ***.

Sorry to hear about your GP.

My current one doesn't give a damn if I have bipolar or not. Well, I should say she doesn't give a damn about anything. She just has no damns to give.

Two GPs ago, I had a lady who kept thinking I was a homicidal, drug-seeking maniac, and all of her nurses/assistants gave me frightened looks. Then she didn't trust a thing I said. So I 100% understand what you mean.
