It's a really nice, hot day and I always feel 'up' when it's like this. I got a little hypomanic in March and am still dealing with that. It's not so serious that anyone notices it though...all the racing thoughts and restlessness are on the inside.

Well, if a person's degree of mania could be defined in terms of the numbers of posts they've replied to in a day, here on PC, then I'd say mine is pretty high today! But, really, I think the number of posts I've replied to today is probably just a reflection of the fact... I don't have much of anything else to do...

What's the difference between "having a touch of mania" & just having a really, really good day? I sometimes think it's too easy to over-think things once one receives a diagnosis of bipolar (& I'm probably guilty of this at times, too). When I start trying to bang everything except the crack of dawn, however, I'll know I've entered the "manic zone."

More than a touch I’d say. I’m in hospital.

I think I am today due to walking for 2.5 hours this morning...seems a bit manicky. Mood is up, listening to music, singing along with songs...
