I have never been stable between episodes for longer than 7 weeks since diagnosis. 7 weeks-ridiculous.
The purpose of this counter is to inch towards ongoing stability and hopefully get over the 7 week hump.

Week 1: I’ve managed to be stable. I’ve had the occasional teary moment, had my birthday but overall been stable.

Psych meds: Saphris, Seroquel XR, regular Seroquel.
PRN Diazepam and Zopiclone
