Certain words trigger me and cause shame (irrational its not anything I did wrong. Unfortunately most of the words were said by “professionals” uk. In just 5 minutes.

But maybe that shame does belong to me

Feeling "shame(d)" is a horrible feeling. For me, it usually starts with feeling judged harshly.

I think some of us feel a lot of shame when we have not acted in shameful manners! It's due to our history/backgrounds.

Fuzzy, you are not a shameful Being. The shame is not yours! It's lying to you! Disown it! Reject it!

You're way cool, Fuzzy. I shouldn't play favorites, but you're one of my favorite posters on the boards. Shame comes from within; try to beat it! (I know...not so easy...)

Those "professionals" think they know you. They wouldn't know shame if they were hit with it on the flat end of a skillet.

Your only fault is to pay attention.
