I don't know what to say. I don't know how I've been overall in the past month. I don't know what's important to say and what I should leave out. I don't even remember most of it. I should get back into journaling so I can look back, not like I'd be able to explain what goes on in a month in five minutes to my pdoc though.

How'd your appointment go, spikes? (Only if you feel like sharing, of course!)

It didn't. I drove all the way there just to be told my doctor is not scheduled to see me. I have the appointment card. I wrote it in my phone's calendar, on my calendar, and on sticky notes all over the place so that's a load of bull. The receptionist was like "lol ur problem not mine"
