Ugh...slipping into depression quite a bit. I luckily do have a pdoc appt tomorrow. In the meantime, my book club is due to meet at the library this evening. I so feel like chickening out even though our book this month was awesome (“All the Light We Cannot See” by Anthony Doerr.) Ugh. Just want to be alone. I hate depression!

So-so I guess. I did at least go to the meeting, and while I didn't talk as much as usual, it was a good meeting. The people in the book club are nice and have a lot of insight. It was tough to make myself go though.

I'm glad you were able to go!

I deal with this all day/evening -- as to how much to allow myself to isolate. I like to isolate too often, according to others. I am very much an introvert, so I enjoy isolating more than average; however, I do realize I need to push myself at times... and do so.

I hope your appointment went well today!

A day at a time.
