All of these and more crushed in between... Everyday. Am on Vraylar and Wellbutrin. Diet good. Exercise moderate. Alcohol moderate. Good relationship. Horrible relationship with sister who my controlling father made executer of his will. Cancelled my wedding due to limited funds and no family support. It was to be Jun 2. Moved houses... Stressful

Keep making and breaking Dr appts. Now he's gone until middle of June.

I'm a wreck
But I'm not suicidal. Just incomprehensible mood swings. Rapid cycling.

What to do?

Just take it day by day if you can. Mark the days off until you can see pdoc. Might give you something to look forward to. Well at least hold on to.

That's a good idea Wild...I have a calendar book. I wonder sometimes if bipolar is an emotional illness instead of a mental one. Or do the screwed up chemicals in my brain or lack of them cause the emotional swings? Anyway thanks for your input.

Wish I had some great advice, but I don't really. Wildflower's idea is good. And it's probably advisable to not keep making then cancelling appointments, just keep them, but I'm sure you know that. Is there any way to de-stress the move at all? Kind of wracking my brain on that one. Getting ready to eat or just heat and eat food? Paper plates? Any place to stack boxes of less important items out of the way to deal with later? (I know that can be hard, we have less than 500 sq ft, so I can appreciate lack of space issues) Sometimes for me, the "simple" accomplishment of having a clear horizontal surface is very calming to me (go figure, but it is -- a lack of place to work on something or write a note positively sends me off!)

Heading into T right now, but will try to think more on it later. *Might* come up with something else, who knows?!
