I was fortunate enough to become friends with 99fairies here on PC. We talk via FB or text daily. Shes awesome.
As you probably know she is IP right now, taking care of herself. She is only 2 hours from me so i planned a road trip to visit her. It will be our first time meeting in person and I am beyond excited to see her. I leave in 40 minutes.  I know the hospital is not a traditional first time get together spot, but somehow it feels perfect for us. |

That is great that you have formed such a bond and how sweet of you to make the trip to visit her. I know that will be a huge encouragement to her.

We had a really good time. I stayed almost 4 hours and we just chatted and laughed. I felt like we were old friends.

It's so exciting when you find a friend, even online. Lilypup is mine, we live about 1500 miles apart but we text every day, and we're finding out how much else we have in common besides bipolar. Turns out it's quite a lot. We're almost the same age, we have grown kids in the same age bracket, and we both had challenging childhoods. We enjoy chatting even though we've never met face-to-face. Hopefully someday we will.

It was the best day ever. SadGirl is amazing and so kind. Thanks again for the great visit. It broke my week up and was so much fun!
