So tomorrow I head home! Now for better news my son is going to a neropsychiatrist for a full re evaluation. His new pdoc thinks he has Trichotillomania. Which he's never been treated for.

Yay for going home!

I’m glad your son is getting re-evaluated, hopefully he will gain some great treatment from it.

I slept most of today. I'm trying to get over just drinking caffeine and switching to water. I'm extremely on edge. It feels to "real" here. It doesn't help that I come home to his cousin (who I dislike) and nephew are staying here until the 13th. Plus it was sprung on me that she's giving us her car and so we have to transfer title, insure it, and register it all by the 13th. We don't have money for that. I'm still trying to figure out how we're going to pay the $60 for pizza for my son's birthday. I wanted to buy clothing for him because all his clothes are tight. I should be grateful because our car is dying.

Sorry you're having some trouble adjusting to being home. Hope Miguel gets help for the trichotillomania. That's pulling your hair out, right? Seems like it would be easy to diagnose, but maybe I'm not understanding it right.

His is skin picking. It's been called a symptom of Anxiety, ADHD, ASD, Self harming but never a disorder to be treated on it's own. Suicidalness and skin picking was our original reason for getting help 8 years ago. Since no pdoc has agreed to the same dx.
