I did it. I went to his house and all we did was have mind-blowingly amazing sex! All that energy from both of us paid off. And now I want more. Seems my best guy friends have impotence problems.
 (Except guy above) i popped right up at 5 am this morning and after getting ready went to starbucks. I also went to the social security office to get proof Im on ssi. My body ACHES but my mind races and I flirt with everyone. Flirting with your sensei is a bad idea! Still hypo? Ride it out till i see pdoc a week from friday??

Sounds like it is nearly or at full-blown mania. Can you call or see your pdoc sooner? It’s very easy for mania to get out of control; I am sure you know that. I think you need to get help now before it gets worse.

You have in the past had sex with this guy. So that for you isn’t out of the ordinary. If your sleep is good I’d just monitor yourself a couple times a day and the first blip of being ‘off’ I’d call your Pdoc/pnurse. Otherwise enjoy the awesome sex !

My long-time friend said he thinks im acting like I did when previously manic. So i called and left a message for pdoc even though i see her in a week. She said to call if i needed to when i saw her last week so.....

Pdoc was worried Id crash into a "deep depression" without the seroquel.

Took first dose of seroquel an hour ago but i dont feel sleepy or unusually drowsy like pdoc said. I do feel slowed down however.

Did your doc adjust any of your other meds, things like the Wellbutrin that could speed you up? Every time I've had mania, I usually end up with a double med change. My pdocs have always used Seroquel to help when I'm manic and might or might not tinker with the Lamictal, depending. It takes awhile to find the right dose. For a long time, 200 mg worked, then 300 mg (then got very hypomanic), pdoc upped it to 400 mg. Pdoc added Clonidine to help with anxiety but also causes sleepiness in a lot of people. My last hypomanic phase, when my pdoc increased all that, he told me if I'm still not sleeping, taking 10 mg of melatonin as well.
The first time I was given Seroquel, it was actually just for sleep, and it was a much smaller dose, 25 mg or something like that. Knocked me right out. I haven't come across a better med for sleep than Seroquel. It takes awhile to come down from mania too though. Hope you get feeling better soon. For me, getting sleep helps me so much when I am stuck in manic mode.

I slept in 5 1/2 hours more than yesterday! Which means I missed my therapy appointment. But its rescheduled for later today. My friend called (not the hot sex one) and said he basically likes me better hypomanic. Meh. **** him.

I am still having the same thoughts i was before but my body is a little slowed down. I got up at 730 instead of 1030 yesterday so thats better. My mouth is dry too. (Biotene). Going to have breakfast with a friend as soon as he arrives. (Hes always late!!)
