Im sitting in starbucks feeling very bouncy- very hypo. Everything is awesome and I'm dancing about grinning ready to have sex with all my friends. There isn't enough to do. I want to scream! I keep touching my face and bouncing my feet- clenching my jaw. I wish I were i judo right now because I could run in a million circles and throw people! Is it hypo if its only been a few hours? Nah....

Sometimes I mistake Happy for hypo or mania. Keep an eye on it. Try not to have sex with all your friends

It has sounded like you have been hypo or manic several days now. You need to take care of yourself.

I have been known to become hypomanic, then manic, in the course of hours. You definitely sound hypo to me. Better get a handle on it before it gets worse.
